before I got bored with this blog design. Big thanks to George Yang over at asceticmonk for giving me design tips and not putting up a fuss when I adapted his design to my own blog. I learned a lot during that process and wish to take my knowledge to the next level with a more complex, graphic design oriented blog. I’ve been doing some research on blog designs and there is a lot I still need to learn before version 2.0 becomes a reality.
On another design note, I really need to finish up my friend’s myspace music page. I wasn’t happy with the first design, so I’m back to the drawing board quite literally. I think this is the last myspace page I will ever do for someone else. The process is just way too time consuming with no payoff.
However, before I do all that I should really get a grip on my grad school applications and the GRE. Time is of the essence and I’ve been wasting a lot of it watching tv and movies lately. I gotta get back on track or I’ll find myself out of school for another year. But come to think of it, maybe that’s not such a bad thing after all.
Anyway, off to cook with the fam, happy holidays everyone.
When are you planning on taking the GREs? I need a study buddy, though I suppose I should figure out where I’m applying first since some programs require it, some don’t, and some require portions of the GRE.
And Jay, you cook? =) Whatcha making?
I’m not sure when I’m taking it actually definitely before Dec. 15th thought, because the first deadline on the list of schools I’m applying to.
I do cook on occasion, today I’m helping my mom with the turkey, macaroni, and dressing. We’ll see how that turns out.
Dang dude, Dec. 15th as in 3 weeks? Woah. Good thing you’ve been studying for GREs.
So, how did your cooking turn out? You make dressing from scratch? That’s impressive.
Cooking went well, and yup we make it from scratch with various secret ingredients.
